7. Окружение и контексты меняются. Одно и то же действие не всегда приводит к одинаковому результату. Для того, чтобы успешно адаптироваться и выживать, члену системы необходимо обладать определенным уровнем гибкости. Этот уровень гибкости должен быть пропорционален вариациям в остальной части системы. Чем сложнее становится система, тем больше требуется гибкости.
